Registered Manager
3 Levels
01 - Registered Manager
2 years experience as a deputy manager/registered manager
Has operational & line management responsibility for one Cascade home
Must have or working towards NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
02 - Registered Manager
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
Has operational & line management responsibility for at least one other Cascade home
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Level 1 Registered manager
Must have consistent favourable external CQC reports at good/outstanding
03 - Registered Manager
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cascade level 2 registered manager
Eligible for inspection and performance bonus schemes
To progress to Level 2 or 3 a Registered Manager must meet all the criteria detailed below and requires the approval of the Company directors.
Deputy Manager
01 - Deputy Manager
Has or working towards NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
Experience in management positions within Cascade/external provider
Inspection and Performance bonus scheme applies
A Cascade Deputy Manager is expected to lead and develop the Cascade ethos within the home and cross company.
Team Leader
Level 3
03 - Team Leader
Minimum 2 years as a CSW working within Cascade/external provider
Has Level 2 Adult social care or equivalent
Has or working towards Level 4 certificate in principles of leadership and management for adult or equivalent
Inspection bonus scheme applies
Supporting management team and leading with team development
Split of management/team time
Engaged in cross company development
Lead Support Worker
Level 2
02 - Lead Support Worker
Minimum 2 years experience as a CSW within Cascade
Has or working towards Level 4 Diploma or equivalent
Leads with delivering the Cascade Ethos within the home and cross company
Leads shifts
Key Worker and a lead with others
Key role in supporting apprentices and students
Emerging Talent
Has or working towards Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care/ Management Qualification or equivalent
Single Inspection bonus
Care Support Worker
Level 1
01 - Care Support Worker
Completed or completing Care certificate
Engaged fully in delivering the Cascade Ethos
All Care Support Workers, as part of their role are expected to engage fully delivering the Cascade ethos to all our residents

Apprentice Support Worker
01
Completed or completing Care certificate
Engaged fully in delivering the Cascade Ethos

After 1 year of employment if over 18 will need to be paid national minimum wage for their age
Apprentice Support Worker - Adult Homes only
Employed on an apprentice contract
Apprentice through college - Minimum wages are set by Government
Cascade will receive payments from the government at 6 month and 12 month point
Could be under 18 therefore unable to lone work
